Chocolate Showpiece

The Winning piece as voted by Pastry professionals world wide is the 2007 country music themed Chocolate showpiece by Stephane Treand MOF. The showpiece (pictured below) was constructed at the 2007 World Pastry Team Championships in Nashville USA. Second place honors go to Team Japan's Chocolate showpiece from 2008 at the World Championships
